Terms of ride

1. General provisions

These Terms of Ride set out the basic rules of passenger conduct when using the private premium transport service provided by SUDECKI TRANSFER during a journey in a chauffeur-driven Mercedes V-Class. These Terms form an integral part of every transport contract and are binding on all passengers.

2. Ban on smoking, alcohol and other substances

Smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other tobacco products is strictly prohibited throughout the vehicle. Consuming alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances before or during the journey is also prohibited. A passenger found to be under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances may be refused transport, and a journey already underway may be terminated without a refund.

3. Eating and drinking in the car

To keep the upholstery and interior clean, eating meals or snacks in the vehicle is prohibited. Drinking mineral water provided by the driver as part of the car's amenities is permitted. Consuming staining, carbonated, hot, alcoholic or other drinks is only permitted with the driver's consent and only in situations justified by the nature of the journey.

4. Cleanliness and additional cleaning fee

The passenger is required to keep the vehicle in the condition provided to them. In the event that the upholstery, mats, seats or other interior elements are soiled (e.g. as a result of eating, drinking, vomiting or heavily soiled luggage), we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.

The cleaning fee starts from PLN 300 net and is determined individually depending on the extent and severity of the soiling. In the event of more serious damage or permanent destruction of the vehicle's equipment, the passenger shall cover the cost of repair or replacement based on actual service invoices.

5. Luggage and personal belongings

Passengers are responsible for securing their own luggage and valuables. The carrier is not liable for items left behind or lost in the vehicle, except in cases resulting from wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Items found in the vehicle will be kept for 14 days and may be returned once details have been arranged.

6. Safety and conduct

During the journey, passengers must comply with road traffic regulations, including the obligation to wear seatbelts in all seats. It is prohibited to:

  • lean out of a window or door while the vehicle is moving,
  • throw objects or pour liquids out of the vehicle,
  • behave aggressively or use vulgar language towards the driver or other passengers,
  • interfere with the vehicle's equipment, navigation system or the driver's belongings,
  • open doors without the driver's permission.

The driver has the right to refuse to continue or undertake a journey if a passenger's behaviour endangers safety, order or the cleanliness of the vehicle.

7. Route, stops and changes

The route and details of the journey are agreed before the service begins. Short, unplanned stops arising from passengers' needs are permitted, provided they do not significantly affect the schedule. Changes to the route or additional stops during the journey may be subject to an additional charge.

8. Carrier's liability

The carrier will make every effort to ensure the journey is carried out punctually, safely and in accordance with the agreed terms. However, the carrier is not liable for delays resulting from factors beyond its control, such as traffic congestion, accidents, weather conditions, border checks or other unforeseeable events.
