How the journey works
We pick passengers up from the address you specify — home, hotel or office — at a time set based on your departure. For domestic flights we plan to arrive 1.5 hours before departure, for international flights 2 hours. The route runs via the S5 and A4, and during morning rush hour we allow extra time.
For return flights we track the flight status. If your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts the pickup time at no extra charge, and waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. The price includes 60 minutes of waiting from landing.
